You’re Invited to Mexico!
All are welcome to join us in Reynosa, Mexico, February 3-7, 2027, to share and show the love of Jesus to our brothers and sisters in Mexico. There will be a variety of activities for volunteers, including distributing grocery packages, helping with children’s programs, assisting in house construction, and more, so there is something for EVERYONE! All ages, any level of physical capabilities, everyone is welcome.
Costs
We are looking for a sponsor(s) for our 2027 Mission Trips for All to help keep the trip affordable for volunteers! If you are interested, please email Colleen at colleen@faithministry.org.
TO FAITH MINISTRY: $275
- $50 non-refundable registration fee (due when you submit your registration form)
- $225 trip fee (due prior to arrival)
What’s included:
- Your lodging Wednesday-Friday night in Reynosa
- Your transportation in the Faith Ministry vans
- Meals:
- Wednesday: Dinner
- Thursday: Breakfast, lunch, dinner
- Friday: Breakfast, lunch, fiesta dinner
- Saturday, Breakfast, lunch, cookout dinner
- Purified water & ice in Reynosa
- Additional supplies for the trip
- A Faith Ministry t-shirt of your choice
OTHER COSTS (not included in Faith Ministry’s fee):
- Flight to and from McAllen International Airport (MFE) or Valley International Airport (HRL)
- One night hotel stay at Best Western in McAllen for Saturday night (mention Faith Ministry for a discounted rate)
- Snacks you’d like to purchase in Mexico
Tentative Schedule
Wednesday, February 3
- Arrive to McAllen International Airport (MFE) or Valley International Airport (HRL) during the day, but no later than 4:30pm.
- You will be escorted by Faith Ministry staff across the border to settle into our dorms in Reynosa, Mexico.
- Dinner will be provided by our staff that evening.
Thursday, February 4
- Breakfast will be provided in the morning.
- Gather at 7:30am for a prayer and will head out to our activities at 8am.
- Return for lunch and a devotion service around noon.
- Activities resume in the afternoon.
- Time for showers, rest, fellowship, etc. prior to dinner.
- Dinner will be provided by our staff.
Friday, February 5
- Breakfast will be provided in the morning.
- Gather at 7:30am for a prayer and will head out to our activities at 8am.
- Return for lunch and a devotion service around noon.
- Activities resume in the afternoon.
- Time for showers, rest, fellowship, etc.
- For dinner, we will host a fiesta for all of the local staff and volunteers and their families.
Saturday, February 6
- Breakfast will be provided in the morning.
- Gather at 7:30am for a prayer and will head out to our activities at 8am.
- Return for lunch and pack up to head back across the border to Texas.
- You will be escorted back across the bridge by foot; our vans will pick you up on the Texas side of the bridge (note: if you have Global Entry, you can ride along in the vans).
- Check into the Best Western hotel in McAllen (you will need to reserve your own room).
- End-of-week cookout at our executive director David’s house for dinner.
- Return to the hotel for the night.
Sunday, February 7
- Depart from McAllen International Airport (MFE) or Valley International Airport (HRL).
