Faith Ministry runs medical clinics in both Reynosa and Miguel Alemán, and we always need doctors and dentists to come and assist with the patients that come in for treatment. The Betty Clinic in Reynosa sees around 175 patients each week, many with hypertension, diabetes, or a combination of the two.
The clinic is staffed with a doctor, nurse, and nurse assistant, and provides:
- Medical care to 700-800 patients per month
- Newborn nutrition for 20 babies in their first 12 weeks
- A breakfast program for 35-40 children of kindergarten and elementary school age
- Free prescriptions
How can you and your medical mission team help?
- Provide eye and dental care
- Provide a women’s clinic for annual checkups
- General medical services
Many patients come into the clinic for regular checkups, blood pressure tests, diabetes medication, or because they are sick and cannot afford medication from the local pharmacy. By bringing a team of doctors, dentists, nurses or other medical professionals, you can help serve the patients that come into our clinics each day. We would love to have you!
Contact David Rodriguez at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to bring a medical team to Mexico and serve in our clinics.
“It’s very rewarding to be a useful instrument to the people that are in need. There are a lot of people that come here every single day asking for help, and we’re here exactly to do that, to help them out.” – Dr. Joaquin Rodriguez, Betty Clinic (Reynosa)
