Summer is Here!
This month marked the beginning of our summer season! We are incredibly grateful for all the amazing programs and projects the Lord has allowed us to accomplish. We couldn’t be more thankful for the way He is leading everyone here at Faith Ministry.
From spending meaningful time with our interns to welcoming several mission work teams who traveled to serve in Reynosa, our summer is off to a wonderful start and we are excited to see what all God has in store for us!

Four Weeks of Friends, Fellowship and Fun!
During the month of June, we were blessed to welcome four different mission teams: Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian from Austin, Texas; First Presbyterian from Fayetteville, North Carolina; our third Mission Trip for All team; and the youth from Covenant Presbyterian in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Together, these four teams helped complete Casas #10, #11, #12, #13, and #14, as well as pour the roofs for Casas #3, #4, #6, and #7. Each team’s dedication to prayer, service, and sharing the love of Christ continues to make this ministry possible.
We are incredibly grateful for each of our partner churches and mission teams. It is a privilege to serve alongside them, and we pray that the Lord will continue to guide and bless them in all they do. We look forward to welcoming them back and serving together again soon!
If you’re interested in joining us in Mexico, we’re already booking for 2027. We would love to partner with you! Check out our schedule and info online and get in touch with Colleen if you’d like to know more.

Amigos en Cristo!
We absolutely love when friends come to visit us here at Faith Ministry!
During the month of June, we had the joy of welcoming our friends Bill and Barb; Eric and his son Beckett; Tom (aka Santa); and Kate. Friendships like these are especially cherished because the bonds we share through Faith Ministry continue to grow stronger over time.
We truly enjoyed every minute of their time here. From pouring a roof to sharing breakfasts and exploring Reynosa together, we couldn’t have asked for a better visit. We are so grateful for each of them and the encouragement they bring to our ministry.
We’re already counting down the days until we get to see you all again!

Mission Trip for All!
We also hosted our third Mission Trip for All during the month of June! Our Starfish Team #3 consisted of 15 incredible people, including first-time visitors experiencing Faith Ministry for the very first time, as well as returning friends who came back to serve alongside us once again.
We were especially grateful for all the construction work accomplished throughout the week as the team helped prepare and excavate the sites for Casas #13 and #14. But the fun didn’t stop there! Team members also had the opportunity to serve in many other areas of the ministry by building a picnic table, helping with our infant feeding program, gardening in Naranjito, and so much more.
This specialized trip is designed to give participants the opportunity to get involved in the areas that interest them most while experiencing the many different ministries of Faith Ministry. If you have questions about our Mission Trip for All, please contact Colleen here; we’d love to share more with you! Be sure to stay tuned for registration information for our next Mission Trip for All. We hope you’ll join us!

Día de Padre
El Día del Padre, or Father’s Day, was celebrated on June 21 here in Mexico! Our Spiritual Growth team hosted a wonderful event to honor the fathers in our community and throughout Faith Ministry.
We are grateful for the leadership, guidance, and love these men demonstrate each day as they faithfully serve their families and our community. Their example reminds us of our perfect Heavenly Father, whose unwavering love, care, and presence are with each of us every single day. We are thankful for the opportunity to celebrate these incredible fathers and all they do!

Celebration Shout Out!
We had the wonderful opportunity to celebrate two very special birthdays this month: our office manager and bookkeeper, Sandra, and our good friend, David’s youngest son, Alan! We are so grateful for each of them and the joy, dedication, and encouragement they bring to Faith Ministry. We hope they both had a fantastic birthday and wish them many blessings in the year ahead!

Prayer Requests
We believe in the power of prayer, so please join us in praying for:
- For Marisela, our cook and caretaker in Reynosa, who is dealing with health issues; pray that she finds the right medical professionals who can help her.
- For María de Jesús, the wife of Luz, our construction supervisor in Miguel Alemán, as she recovers from a recent procedure and continuing health issues
- For Danna, our admin and spiritual growth staff in Reynosa, who is dealing with complications related to allergies
“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.”

Y Si Sí?
Vamos México! We have thoroughly enjoyed watching Mexico play in the World Cup. For every Mexico game so far, we have had a visiting mission work group, and it’s been a blast to watch alongside everyone.

“Y si sí?” has become a motto for Mexico during this year’s World Cup and roughly translates to “But what if?” Until Tuesday night, Mexico had not won a knockout match since 1986, and they have never won the tournament. They are up against tough teams, but Mexico continues to have hope!

Thank You!
Thank you for everything you do to support Faith Ministry! We appreciate your donations, your prayers, and your dedication to the ministry.
